  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
  • Proof of an unboxing video is required for all return requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the item’s condition upon arrival.
  • Some items (like customized or clearance products) may not be returnable.
