Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxuraa Home, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
- Proof of an unboxing video is required for all return requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the item’s condition upon arrival.
- Some items (like customized or clearance products) may not be returnable.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@stagging.luxuraahome.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us immediately upon delivery.
